Q: I am thinking of applying for a credit card and I am confused about wether to apply for a Applied bank credit card or to deal with anyone. What to do?

Q: I had done a payment with the Applied Bank card and the same day i had cancelled it online. I check it again and found that they had not sent my refund even when they had taken the online payment from my account. I want to know to whom I must report about all this?
A: At first, you must simply call the applied bank customer care number or ask the manager for the matter. Then you have to write a certified letter in the name of the bank. The FTC(Federal Trade Commission) will look upon the matter and you will get your refund soon.
